How can I make my product last long?
Though we take utmost care while manufacturing and delivering our products, it is equally necessary for you to follow some instructions that would help you enjoy these fabulous items for longer periods of time. For example:
- Wash with mild detergents.
- Do no use abrasive or harsh cleaning agents as it tends to ruin the finish.
- In case of spoon sets, use mild soap and soft sponge for cleaning.

Are these products dishwasher safe?
Not all our products are safe for dishwasher and microwave. So, refer to usage instructions before using the product.
I accidentally order the wrong product. Can I modify my order?
You are more than welcome to modify your order. We’re extremely prompt at processing orders to make sure that you receive them as quickly as possible. If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong product, you can call our support team within 24 hours of placing the order You can change your order as much as you want before you hit “Place Order” but after this stage, you will be unable to make changes to your order. What are the shipping charges?
Our product shipping charges are calculated based on total package weight and its volume. The same can be checked at the time of payment.
How can I cancel my order?
If you change your mind about your purchase, there is an option to cancel your order within one hour of purchase. To cancel your order, please follow the steps below;
Log in to your Celestia account.
Go to your order history and select the order you want to cancel.
If the order has been placed less than 1 hour ago, there will be a 'CANCEL ORDER' button appearing at the bottom of the order summary.
Please select this button, you will then be asked to confirm your cancellation request.
To continue cancelling your order select 'CANCEL ORDER' again. If you do not wish to cancel your order, select 'No, return to order'.
Once an order is cancelled, it can’t be revoked. You will need to replace the order yourself.
Please remember, this self-cancellation is only available for the first hour of your order being made, after this 1-hour window, it is not possible to cancel orders.
How can I track my order?
Once the order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and courier partner name are sent to you via email. You can visit the respective courier partner tracking portal and enter the AWB no. or reference no. to check the status of the shipment.

Can I return or exchange the ordered product?
Oops! Sorry, but we accept no return or exchange requests on the final sale of products except the delivered product is defective which is very rare.
If this happens, drop us a mail at email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery to raise a return request with the following information
- Order Number.
- Delivery Address.
- What product needs to be exchanged.

What if my payment fails?
Ohh! That is truly unwanted. A payment may fail due to several reasons, most of which may be beyond our control and dependent on banks. If in case your payment fails and your money has been deducted from your account, please note that a refund will be initiated immediately. You may receive your money within 3-4 working days.
Why can’t I pay through Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Due to COVID-19 havoc and our efforts to promote digital payments in this situation, we don’t accept COD payment option as of now. However, the same may start at a later stage.
What is a CVV number and where can I get it?
The CVV number is a crucial security feature that helps prevent fraud. We ask you to enter the CVV number during your transaction to ensure that the physical card is in your possession.
- For Visa / MasterCard / Diners: CVV number is a 3–digit code printed on the back of the card.
- For American Express: CVV number is a 4–digit code printed on the front right–hand side of the card above the card number.

Are there any hidden charges (octroi or sales tax) when I make a purchase on celestiahome.com ?
No, there are no hidden charges when you shop on celestiahome.com . Your total order amount will be displayed at the time of payment and before your order is placed. You are not supposed to pay any amount in excess of what is shown on the invoice.
