Return and Exchange

Welcome to Celestia Home.

The customer will be eligible for return only under the following conditions:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  • If the product you receive has a genuine manufacturing defect.

Our master artisans make each handmade product unique. There may be a slight variation between products. This variation should not be perceived as a flaw.

Note: That every return request is treated as an individual case. Customers will not get a refund in case they shared an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. The refund is also not possible if the package is refused by the recipient.

Please make sure that you take pictures and video while unboxing the package and share us the same. If you have received a Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Product please get in touch with the customer service within 24 hours of delivery.

If your purchase matches our return criteria discussed above, please email us at info@celestiahome.com within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:

- Order number

- Delivery address

- Specify the reason for return

Please ensure that you send us the product in its original condition with original documents.

 

If you detect any genuine defect in the product, we will replace the product in the least amount of time. We will exchange your order amount within 7 working days if you get a different product of the same value. We will cover shipping charges for delivering your replacement.
